Baked Fruity Crumble with Muesli

 

High fiber and full of protein with freshness of fruits.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cut fruits (small pieces) of your choice  – 2 Cup
  2. Muesli – 1 Cup 
  3. Slightly melted butter (unsalted ) – Half Cup
  4. Lemon juice – 1 table spoon 
  5. Flour – 1 Cup

METHOD:

In a large bowl mix muesli butter and flour together

Preheat your oven at 180 degree celcius

Add lemon juice to the fruits and mix well

Add the fruits into a glass bowl which won’t melt in the oven

Add the muesli mixture on top of the fruits

Bake for 15 – 20 min

Your fruit crumble is ready to serve
