Carrot, Apple, Pear and Ginger Juice
For 1 glass juice
1 Green Apple or Apple, 2 Carrot, 1 Pear, One inch Ginger;
Wash ginger and apple, carrot, pear in pieces. Cut apple, carrot, pear in pieces .
Juice them with ginger in Juicer and your CAP-G juice is ready .
Green Apple OR Apple : Most important benefit of green apple is its dietary fiber content, which helps in the regulation of the bowel movements and thereby helps in the overall digestive process. Decreases chance of colon cancer.
Pear : Highest-fiber fruits, meet your daily requirement of 25 to 30 grams.Pear contain a fair amount of vitamins C, K, B2, B3, and B6.
Carrots : Benefits of carrot can be attributed to their beta carotene and fiber content. This root vegetable is a good source of antioxidant agents. Rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.
Ginger: Ginger has Powerful Medicinal Properties.It gives you a healthier skin, reduce inflammation and reverse diseases like Stroke and Heart Disease, Indigestion and Nausea etc.
TIP : Taste good when served chilled. Keep the fruits in freeze 3-4 hours before use. Adding ice will dilute the taste.
NOTE : I use “Philips juicer hr1863“. I found it very good for all kind of juices. You can easily get it online.
