Apple, Beetroot, Carrot, Pomegranate Juice:
Power pack juice, full for vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients for 1 glass juice-
1 Apple, 2 Beetroot, 2 Carrot, 1 Pomegranate ;
Cut apple, beetroot and carrot in pieces. Peel pomegranate.
Juice them in Juicer and your power punch juice is ready .
Beetroot – Is a good source of Vitamin C, Iron and Magnesium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.
Apple – Is healthiest fruit. Apple is low in calories, high in fiber and vitamin C, have only a trace of sodium and no fat.
Carrot – Is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium.
Pomegranate – Is a good source of soluble and insoluble dietary fibers. Pomegranate is an antioxidant-rich super food that may help reduce joint pain . It’s also an excellent source of the antioxidant vitamin C, with one pomegranate providing about 40 percent of the daily requirement for this vitamin.
I use “Philips juicer hr1863”. I found it very good for all kind of juices. You can easily get it online.
TIP : Taste good when served chilled. Keep the fruits in freeze 3-4 hours before use. Adding ice will dilute the taste.
