1. High knees
2. Squat Jumps
3. Push up
4. Step ups ( using box)
5. Burpee Lateral Jump
6. Sit-ups

For this workout, you’ll need a box or  sturdy surface and an interval timer.

Set the timer to 10 rounds of :10 seconds and :20 seconds  intervals. Rest for the :10 seconds , then work as hard as you possibly can on the :20 seconds.
